Summary
DCC Studio leads the end-to-end planning, branding, and delivery of all Groningen Declaration Network (GDN) events, including the annual international world congress and supporting regional meetings and webinars. This case study highlights the 2025 Annual Meeting in Oslo, Norway—the largest GDN annual meeting to date in terms of participants.
Building on our broader partnership with GDN, we developed a conference-specific brand and theme aligned with the Network’s visual identity and designed and built a dedicated event website supported by integrated registration and event management systems.
We managed all aspects of marketing and communications, including a comprehensive communications plan, social media strategy, call for proposals, and targeted outreach to speakers, sponsors, and participants. DCC studio designed a full suite of digital and print materialsfor the conference, from social media assets and videos to on-site signage, tablecloths, pop-up banners, badges, programs, brochures and other participant materials. We also designed and created dedicated speaker and attendee hubs to enhance the event experience. Delivered in collaboration with local co-hosts, the conference brought together a global audience and was supported by a complete post-event compendium to capture key insights and extend the impact beyond the event itself.
