Summary
DCC Studio consulted, researched, developed, wrote, and designed a Strategic Enrolment Management & Marketing (SEMM) Plan for Northern College to guide how the institution recruits new learners. The team created a visual set of collateral, fully aligned with the College’s brand and style guide, to convey the vision, mission, values, and a set of new strategic pillars and priorities. The final SEMM Plan looks and feels like the College and is an important strategic document that will help the internal College teams work in alignment to attract domestic learners.
To support the SEMM Plan, DCC Studio developed a multi-year internal communication and engagement strategy for an audience of internal staff, leadership, and faculty. The purpose of which was to engage the community in learning about the new vision and approach and ensure there was sufficient knowledge growth to help them adapt to and adopt the new way of thinking in the execution of their annual business priorities.
